Genesis 3.0 Stereo

Hello, I'm completely new to this but I'm looking for some help. I have a 2012 Puma 295 KBHSS, It has a Genesis entertainment system in it. Everything works 100% except for the CD player wont take in a CD, I had it out and checked all the wiring, reset the system, used a CD cleaner, made sure there was no CD stuck in there,ect.. If i push the eject button it will make that clicking sound, And if I push one in with my finger it will eject it back out. seems like I tried everything. I have to wait for a new one from the factory so I was wondering if anyone else had this problem,, Any guidance would be great..

I'm not sure that it's helpful, but mine happily takes the CD/DVD by gently pushing it in. Sounds like yours is defective and needs replaced (which sounds like you're already on that).

Yeah, I pretty much tried everything, even eventually pushing a cd right in with another cd, it still won't read the disc but if you push the eject button it will come right out
