Well, we found a way to get surround sound for DVDs even if they aren't produced that way. Found it by accident. Here's the low down.....
On TV in the sound settings, set Surround Sound to on.
Set your TV for playing a DVD. Load the DVD.
On the Genesis 2.0 system, set to playing all interior speakers and raise the volume.
We thought we had to make some kind of wire connection from the TV to the Genesis system, but not the case.
