Genesis gt 2.0 DVD not working at all

Just bought new 2014 puma travel trailer. Got 2 tv's installed & can't play DVD movie for the kids on either tv. The genesis gt 2.0 player will not play any DVD at all (not even brand new just opened movie). Radio plays great. Any suggestions? Left dealer & immediately went on vacation. Kids wanting to watch a movie. Have checked all connections & tv works good with antenna just not the DVD player thru the genesis system.

What does it do? Eject the DVD? Appears to play but you don't see or hear anything?

It takes the DVD & says loading...... Err Than goes back to radio.

We have a Genesis expert here who will hopefully offer help soon, but I believe the first thing to try is to remove the fuses in wires to the unit for about a minute to force it to do a reset.

Mine is doing almost the same thing. It was in the middle of a DVD and froze up. Ever since, it now only says loading when I put a DVD in but never actually plays. I tried popping the fuse but didn't seem to help.

"FACTORY DEFAULT RESTART
Press and hold MODE button for 10 seconds - Unit will shut off.
Restart unit by pressing the ON button. Factory defaults will be
reset with this type of restart."

Did you change the channel on the TV to video?

Got back home. Fuses & wires are ok. Yes to NKARENG, changed from TV to AV on video. Still will not play any DVD. Will call dealer. Problem is dealer is in Iowa & we are in Texas. Yep....a long way to travel to get a new trailer, but price was right for this new 2014 Puma. Everything else works great. Anymore suggestions?
