Genesis GT-3.0 sub woofer

I have a new 5er and the sub woofer has a very low volume. The Genesis GT-3.0 mauual says there are 14 bass, treb and balance levels. However my unit only goes up to 7. Going to 7 on the bass does not change the low volume on the sub woofer. The manual does not mention a sub woofer and there was no paperwork about with the trailer. Any ideas?

I think there is a minus (-) 7 setting so it would be 14 from -7 to +7

As to the volume being too low, check the location.
It could be being muffled by its location.
