I am trying to find out where I can get an owners manual for a Greystone Fireplace, Model F2811FL. Seems the harder I look, the less I can find out about who manufactures them.
Thank you for the info but I did already call that company but they said they are not the company that makes or sells them. They did not know who it is but said they get alot of calls about them.

The remote for my fireplace model #F2811FL does not work properly...manual control is on, have tried several new batteries..seems to be not making contact consistently inside the remote. Who would I contact to get a new remote?? Thanks S
