Make sure both valves are open and try lighting with a butane striker.

Is propane flowing? On mine I eventually found the 90 degree black pipe fitting was cast solid, thus no flow. This was after replacing the burner and gas valve on the grill under warranty.

Does your grill have a regulator on it? There's a regulator on your RV propane system and an additional regulator on the grill won't have enough flow to work.

There may be an LP shut off valve where the quick connect hose is. Just under the trailer.

There is a shut off valve where you plug in gas line to camper. Valve handle should point to you.
This assumes you are not getting gas . If you are getting gas the spark ignition is to blame, use a match to light.

When I bought mine, I went to a gas fireplace store and they did the required pluming to be able to use the trailers ouick connect lash-up. One is a low pressure system and the other a high pressure deal.

Had the same problem with my grill on my Windjammer, discovered it was operator error. Found the gas shut off in line with the quick disconnect. It really works pretty good once I turned the gas on.
