Have a 2008 Cherokee 27 BH with fridge issues

Our 2008 Cherokee 27 BH came with a FULL-SIZE Frigidaire refridgerator - we've only camped in it a handfull of times and now it seems as though either the fan or the evaporator is out. The freezer is fine - the fridge is not cooling at all. Anyone else with this problem? And is there more stress on a domestic fridge that is plugged on and turned off several times during the year?

I'm guessing you have it unplugged between uses which would of course melt any accumulated ice, but have you checked to see if any of the lines between the freezer and fridge compartment are plugged? Sometimes things like loose frozen peas can keep the air from circulating. Every fridge is different, I had one that you had to remove the bottom plate (4 screws) and then under there was where the defrosted water would flow and the cold air. There were a bunch of desicated frozen veggies. I also used a syringe with warm water to flush through the tubing (your turkey injector syringe without the needle would work just fine.)

That's a great suggestion - we'll try it and see if it works. If not, we're sunk because the fridge they put in only has a standard one year warranty on it, and if the condenser is out, we'll have to buy a new fridge (cheaper than replacing the condensing unit)...
