HELP!? Salem 195BH Danby 115v Refrigerator question

Hello Everyone! My wife and I have been shopping for our first trailer for a two month cross country trip this summer. We have pretty much settled on the Salem Cruise-Lite 195bh which has most things we need. My questions is about the refrigerator which is electric only.
I didn't realize that this trailer only comes with an all electric refrigerator. I was hoping to have the propane going while we were driving to keep the food cold as we will really be living out of this thing. The RV sales guy said that if I do a second deep cycle battery and an inverter that the fridge should work for 8 to 10 hours. Is this right or is he just trying to get me to buy this thing?
We will have 2 Yamaha 2000 generators so it won't be a problem when we are stopped but I am really concerned about driving for 8 to 10 hours and having the food go bad.
Any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as we were going to buy this today. THANK YOU!

According to the FR website, the FS Edition, which yours appears to be comes standard with a 4.3 cut ft electric fridge, with a standard RV reefer as an OPTION (not sure if it's a typical 2 way or maybe a 3 way fridge). So, without electric hookups or a genny, you won't be able to run that fridge. I wouldn't count on an inverter to run it for long. If you're in love with this trailer, have them order one with an RV fridge, though you'll likely pay more overall by ordering a unit rather than buying from stock.
