High/Low Fan Switch on Thermostat

Hi, I've got a newbie question. We have a new Rockwood Ultra-Light 2304s with Airxcel rooftop air conditioner and Coleman-Mach "analog" thermostat. There is no difference between the high and low fan speed switch whether in heat, cool, or fan position.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this normal operation?

Thanks for your help,
John

Same thing on our previous TT...the A/C fan isn't two speed but they use the same thermostat as one with a 2 speed fan.

In our 2011 8314BSS the OEM analog thermostat did not change fans speeds. I eventually upgraded to a digital Coleman thermostat and now had both low and high speeds fan.

In addition, the digistat was better at keeping the temperature even in our RV.
