High Pitched Whine from Gas water heater

New owner - working in the drive way to figure things out. When I started up the gas water heater, it operates just fine and heats the water, but there is a high pitched whine that can be heard inside the camper, but not outside. Any ideas?

Likely coming from the propane regulator. I have the same issue.

If you had electric on, then it probably is the element heating the water. It does that on mine, normal.
