High pointe microwave brand new not working

Thanks. We are not on warranty. You know they only give a year. I will keep that in mind.
We have 30 amp service in our unit so will have to figure out what would work.

I have never removed from its installed location. So you are saying there is a regular plug. Good to know

Yes it is easily removed. It's a single outlet for the microwave. Standard plug my boy

If you get it unplugged, substitute a lamp or radio to check the power oulet first. If you must take it down there are screws in the cab above, once removed the cabinet will swing down away from wall and be lifted free It's heavy and bulky, careful.

Before you transport it, many have a quick blow fuse just inside the case where the cord enters. This is in addion to the 15/20 amp wiring circuit breaker required by Code.
