Home entertainment MIA

We have a 2010 silverback 30wre and the previous owners have taken the radio/dvd unit with them. It appears to have been a 5.1 system as I have two manuals - an executive HTS-1500REC and a Samsung HT-D550. I remember reading that the wattage is important. The executive seems to be 2watts/speaker while the Samsung is higher (based on the manuals). Both are now discontinued so I guess it really doesn't matter except for the wattage. I really don't want to buy a new system with speakers but am having a hard time finding just a receiver and the current 5 speakers are all
mounted in the ceiling. Can anyone make a recommendation on a good (not too expensive) solution? Does executive make a receiver that would be comparable? It will have to be less than 4" high based on where it needs to go.
