Hot water htr install on 2013 Flagstaff MAC Popup

Hi everyone! I am a newby at all of this (including this forum!) I just purchased a 2013 Flagstaff MAC 206ST pop-up. I had thought it had a hot water heater and outside shower. Call me uneducated, and that's OK, cuz I am..FOR NOW! Unfortunately, no turning back now...

I hope someone can tell me if I can have a hot water heater (and maybe outside shower) installed after the fact.
