How do you mount a lcd TV overhead

I have an older 1998 Forest River Georgetown Motorhome that has the tube tv mounted overhead up above and inbetween the driver and passenger within a cabinet made for the TV.

I would like to mount a LCD TV a little wider than the cabinet box. It will of course be mounted flat against the outside of the cabinet.

Any ideals ???????
Thank you!

When I owned my 94 class c I removed the analog tv and replaced it with a flat screen. I used a Sony that was the correct size (in my case a 22") and set it on the platform the old unit mounted on. Then drilled holes in the base to put deck screws into the platform. I also put sticky foam on the inside of the frame so the unit wouldnt rub plastic to wood. Worked well for two years. I now have the tv mounted on the bedroom wall of my current trailer. I also mounted a computer behind the flat screen so we could watch movies.

That was a nice ideal and the pictures were great for the visual look.

I want to get a TV wider than the case and mount it outside and against the cabinet.

Anyone with any other ideals??
