Question How to change from antenna to cable? (SOLVED)

We recently purchased an '07 Lexington (we love it!) and on our first trip. We can't seem to get the concertone to change from air to cable...what am I missing??? TV we have figured out, but not the concertone so we can use the surround sound with the TV...please, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The Concertone has nothing to do with the source switch.

That task is handled by the roof antenna wall plate power supply.

The tiny black button switches the input to the trailer.
Light ON - Roof
Light OFF - Cable

kidsgone, this is in no way a comment to you or a complaint to you! Please do not take as such!

My general comment is this is what stinks about Thread Titles! This is not an actual reflection of the issue or the solution, yet we will bear the burden of bad publicity forever!

I have enough issues of my own and even commented on another thread today about a dealer stating that another brand was "cheap". I could not believe I was doing that! :-)

Can Admins look at a fair system that updates such obvious mis-titles?

Bob,
I understand your comments, tho I disagree with them with all do respect. The title to the thread is, "Trouble with Concertone", I never insinuated nor implied the product was faulty in anyway if you read the whole thread. I am new to this RV and simply asked a question...thus the title. So everyone who has a leak in their rig, this implies a bad product?? No, its a problem that we all, at one time or another, have dealt with and many wonderful RV'ers out their have experience on solving all kinds of problems. This was NOT a mis-title, it was a problem to me and problem was solved.
Instead of negatively commenting on the thread, why not help solve the problem by asking questions, getting replies .... that would be great customer service if you represent the company!! And that type of customer service would equal great advertising!

kidsgone, your problem was solved before I saw your thread hence why I did not respond to the issue directly and I started my comment by telling you this was not directed at you.

The title is indeed not reflective of the issue or resolution and my comment is accurate. My request was simply to look at a system that UPDATES the original title. That said, I have no problem agreeing to disagree. That is part of the give and take here.

Lastly, it is well documented here that I was the first visible and active vendor on this forum providing support. As you can see by my post count and a little research it is doubtful you will find another vendor that has participated even close to my level. This activity, I agree leads to great advertising.

Happy camping!

Andi and Bob,
I changed the title to more accurately reflect the question.
