Exclamation How to turn up temp on water heater in Palomino Solaire 297Rlds

Good afternoon all,

I'm having issues figuring out how to turn up the temperature on our water heater in our travel trailer. I've tried calling the service department and they are closed on weekends. I've also looked through the paperwork they gave us at the time of purchase but there is nothing in it about the water heater specifically, other than it mentions we have one. The switch for the water heater is on but at best it gets lukewarm, at worst it's cold. The flame under the heater was going but at this exact moment it's not. But even when it is the water temperature does not get much hotter. Hoping someone on here has a quick answer for me. Thank you all in advance.

Your by-pass valve on your water heater is most likely open. Top picture show normal operation, bottom picture show by-pass winterized mode.

X2 check your wh bypass valves.

Also if you recently used the outside shower did you leave the handles on and just shut water off with shower head?

No way to turn up HW heater temp via a temp setting switch.

I'm not sure. What does that look like? I'm new to owning a travel trailer so I'm still a little lost

I've never had one that is adjustable. Anyone know if any are or if you can get an adjustable thermostat?

As Dan said, few are and none would cause this coldness of water. That is almost definitely a sign of cold water mixing with the hot IF the water in the water heater is hot. Have you tried letting water come out of the relief valve to see if it is cold or hot? If it is hot, your water heater is fine. If it is cold, then you're looking at a thermostat, heating element, or other problem.
