Ice maker removal

We have a 2015 Sunseeker 3010DS and like many others I have a leaking ice maker supply line. After reading about the issue on line and what a hassle it will be to fix the leak I have decided that I would rather just not have the ice maker and have the extra space in the freezer. The fridge is a Dometic 4 door. Any tips for the removal process? Should I cap off the supply line or does it matter?
Thanks,
Steve

Thanks! I took it off yesterday and it was super easy, just 4 screws and the wiring harness unplugged. Now no more mysterious leak!
