Welcome to the forum and congratulations to the new rig
One place to look is under the kitchen sink, if you have a panel shielding the plumbing then you may have a hard time reaching the shutoff valve, if it is there.

Look outside under the camper near the wheels on the driver side of the coach, that's were most on the Cedar Creeks have been. A push pull valve I believe also with a low point valve there to drain.

On ours the low point drain is accessible under the slide by the wheel well, however unfortunately the actual solenoid valve for the ice maker is behind the fridge. We had to pull it out to change it once, what a pain.

Sounds as if the OP is looking for the water valve that controls the water going to the ice maker, not the low point drain. I'm betting that there is not a valve for the water going to the ice maker. The electric solenoid valve on the back of the ice maker may be the only valve and as "mcnabbwr" stated "what a pain".

On our sunseeker 3050s it was behind the panel just below the fridge.

There is a valve going to the ice maker. It's just an easter egg hunt to fine it.

My 2010 Cedar Creek 5er has the ice maker water supply valve in the kitchen island under the sink, right hand side.

Cedar Creek placed the ice maker valve (which also controls the water in the refrigerator) in a very logical place. It is outside, underneath your rig on the beam by the spare tire. It is a push/pull valve. It is very difficult to pull it out.
Let us know if you find it.
