Installing Surge Protector

I purchased a Progressive Industries HW30C 30 AMP Hardwired EMS-HW30C RV surge & Electrical Protector to install in my 2019 Rockwood 2104S Mini.

The TT has a WFCO Ultra III Distribution Center WF-8900 Series.

The outside power connection comes in next to the water filter, so I have decided that it would be best to connect the surge protector directly to the power distribution. Pull wire from distribution, connect to surge protector in side. Add new wire from surge protector out side to distribution panel.

My problem is there is a wire clamp(?) on the back of the distribution panel. Not sure how to disconnect this so I can get the main power wire out.

The part I am talking about is the plastic piece that the orange wire (and others) are going through.

Anybody know how to remove this?

I know this seems like a minor thing, but don't want to break it and not be able to replace it.
