Internet from Cable TV?

Does anyone make/sell an Access point kind of device that would convert a cable tv service to a WiFi hotspot?

For example, at my home, I have FIOS, if I plug a tv in the outlet, I get Tv. If I plug their router in the outlet, I get Internet service.

I'm wondering if there's something that a camper could plug into the cable tv service provided at a campground and convert it to an Internet service...

If (and only if) the cable company provides internet service, you would need their modem connected to the cable, and then your own (or their) router connected to that. (Their modem
may include a router as well.)
