IRV 33 - DVD issue - Cabling Missing?

I'm a first time RV'er and first time poster. We purchased a 2015 Palomino Puma 25-RS in February. We are having other issues but in this forum I would like to ask about my IRV 33. The radio and the bluetooth feature work fine (so far) however, we have been unable to get a picture on the TV when using the DVD player. We hear the sound through the speakers but no picture. We have been calling the dealer and service dept for guidance with no results. We discovered this forum today and found that this is a problem that others have had. So finally I have removed the wooden panel in the upper cabinet over the dinette to gain access to the back of the unit. I have found there are no red, yellow, or white cables connected behind the unit and no HDMI cable either. On the wall there is only one type of jack panel (1 in banquet & 1 in bedroom) which is only for the SAT and TV coaxial cables. The "HDMI IN" on the front of the unit does not send DVD video to the TV, and yes I have the TV on the correct HDMI input. So I connected the HDMI cable to the back "HDMI OUT" and it works.

Bottom line questions:
Should there already be the yellow, red, and white cables and HDMI cable connected to the back of the unit and going to a different jack panel?
If there is supposed to be another jack panel then shouldn't they be in both the dinette area and the bedroom?
I think I already know the answer to this...Would there be any way to get the jack panel wired into the bedroom?
