Our IRV entertainment unit malfunctioned, too. DVD got stuck, would not stop playing menu loop & could not get it to stop with remote or the panel controls.

I had to cut the power at the power distribution panel for that circuit to stop it. A couple of days later, I re-established power and it would not even power up.

I also had problems getting anyone other than CW to consider looking at it... and I am not a fan of CW for this stuff.

After much research, we decided to pull the IRV unit and replace it with a car stereo. We have a spare Blu-Ray player that we can take with us in the camper and use the HDMI cable from the TV to play movies. I will only hook up the speakers over our sofa for the radio. I can use a AUX cable run from the TV to the front panel AUX jack to run the movie or TV audio thru the radio and the speakers.

Less expensive than trying to replace the IRV unit!
