iRV Control Panel - Questions/Advice

My wife and I just picked up a new FR Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite 8301WS 5th wheel and it's our first with this type of control panel. Before I head to the dealership to find out if this is normal, I thought I'd ask here. So my questions are:

1.) There is a buzzing noise coming from the iRV Technologies Control Panel when it's on. Everything seems to be working fine but I'm not sure if it's normal. When it's off, no noise.

Just wanted to check to see if anyone else has one of these and if theirs makes any noise.

2.) Is the panel supposed to dim after a certain amount of time? Mine doesn't appear to and I wonder how much power it uses just for the panel because we boondock a lot.

3.) When I shut the panel off, it appears to shutdown all the components that are turn on by it. Example: I turned on the aisle light and then turned the unit off and the light went out. This would stink if we wanted to shut the panel off at night (bright blue light) but leave the water pump on for late night potty breaks.

Any help would be much appreciate and thanks in advance!

My panel does not make any sound, it does not dim and yes when you turn the panel off it turns off everything it controls.

never noticed any sound except beeping from the relay unit when I unplugged the network cable joining them.
I doubt if the lights use much power as they all should be LED.

Mine has the annoying buzzing as well. It's faint but o can hear it. As for the dimming, it's way too bright for me at night so I made a cover using tinted plexiglass.

My converter is mounted just below my panel and the fan makes kind of a faint buzzing sound. Just an idea.

I took a short video so if you turn the volume up, you can hear the buzzing noise I'm referring to.

I have the same type control panel on my Flagstaff. It makes the same sound. It’s faint, but noticeable when you’re standing in front of it with no other noise.

We have the same control panel in our 2017 Windjammer. It whistled like that, and was annoying. When the Bluetooth quit working, I contacted the company and they sent me a new panel. It is much quieter and the Bluetooth works great.

I hate to be 'that guy', but did you hold the power button on the panel for 2-5 seconds to get it to turn on? When you have the battery switch turned on and you are sure the ceiling lights and other 12v items are running from the battery or converter, is the red light on the panel power button illuminated? if the panel has power it will have a red light on the power button to turn it on.

If the answer is no, then try to hold in the reset button on the panel face with a thin paperclip. If that doesnt work, remove the 6 screws holding it to the wall and see if the Ethernet (RJ45) connector is attached securly. If that is good, then follow that wire down (or up) to the master relay box. Its the box that all the wires goes to from everything the panel controls. See if that RJ45 connector is connected correctly.

Lastly if you are to that point, you have access to the master relay/power box for the panel. You can see if you have 12v power to the input. And if you do have 12v to all connections that require it using the schematic pinout on the back of the cover, then you have something internal that is bad. If you dont have 12v, then i think you need to look further down the line, including the 12 fuses and any junction or fuse inline from that panel to the battery.
