Just go the the RV on Friday. I made the mistake and did not get the folks to show me how to pair the device. I loaded the app and it will not connect. It disconnects instantly. I have Iphone7.
Has anyone had success with this working? Brand new Rockwood TT 3006wk.
Android phones seem to work. My iPhone 6S+ will not pair. The technician at the dealership successfully paired his Samsung S whatever with it just fine. I have a new board on order so hopefully that will address the issue. It appears to be a firmware issue with the panel and iPhone. There are a couple of threads around discussing and I posted context info for iRV technologies (QAV through Patrick industries) Nelson is the tech manager and the contact to help troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
