iRV entertainment system.

Happy New Year! I just got a 2017 Roo 19 and I'm trying to find specs on the entertainment system. It says "iRV Technologies" on it but I can't match the picture up with anything to give me a model number. All I can find is the iRV33 and iRV66. Can anyone identify this unit please? Thanks in advance!

Its not an IRV33 or 34, or 66. Our 2017 Roo 23WS has an IRV34.

Must be the newest junk to come out. The IRV stuff is distributed by Patrick Industries. They are about even keel with Lippert and Furrion on the garbage meter as far as the stuff they distribute. The website in the link will not be much help as you'll find out. When a company distributes products and their website is as unhelpful as this one is and does not provide any links to support and documentation, that says volumes about the quality of the product itself. Take notice there is no link to contact support, only sales.

Thanks for the reply, Mr. Havercamp. I haven't taken possession of the trailer yet but when I pick it up at the start of the season I'll make sure the unit works before I drive off the lot.

Don't mention it, its usable but its not an Onkyo or Marantz, or even a Sony.

Also expect it to be wired incorrectly as far as channels and speaker polarity which is often the case but an easy fix. Don't leave that to the dealer.

Thanks, saved that one. Maybe he is the entire support division of Patrick Ind because they sure do not make it easy to attempt todeal with them from their website.

Looks like the crappy IRV 31 I just returned, never worked from the beginning, find out they are obsolete, dealer sent me a IRV32, Not any better, . Nixed it and bought a Jenson unit myself. IRV is impossible to research, I just gave up!

Can you share the model number of the Jensen you purchased? I would like to ax my iRV system as well.

Jensen JWM6A , I did have to modify to accept the larger size unit. But am satisfied with the installation and unit

It's an IRV 31. Have it in my Flagstaff 21DS. Missing the remote though. Looking for a new remote which is what brought me here.

Yikes. Best of luck. I'd start by calling the phone number someone posted in this thread for the manufacturer. Too bad the Bluetooth app doesn't work......you might be able to live without the remote. 😃 Cheers!

I have a Micro Lite 21 DS. Has the IRV 31 system in it. What junk. Unit won't pick up any radio stations. Static then it just pops. I purchased the trailer used. Help line said the unit needs to be replaced. It is still under factory warranty but dealer informed me the warranty is only for original purchaser. What the hell. After reading about all of the issues with this system, I don't even want it fixed. Will replace it this spring with something more reliable.

I had that problem with the radio......very poor reception fading to no reception as I got farther away from the city. I removed the unit and found the antenna was not completely plugged it. After I corrected that it now works fine. Maybe that's your problem as well???

Thanks for the info. I did pull the unit out and everything is connected as it should be. I live near Denver and cannot receive any stations. No sound at all. The radio has static for a few seconds and then goes quiet and pops every few seconds. I contacted Forest River help and they said the unit is bad and needs replaced.
