Issues with zones on DVD player in brand new Grey Wolf

I took our new Grey Wolf 23DBH out for our 3rd camping trip this past weekend. I'm not sure what's happened, but now Zone C is no longer working. Zone A and B are speakers inside and Zone C is outside. Now, Zone A turns both inside speakers on, and Zone B turns on the outside speaker. Zone C does nothing. Has anyone had this issue? If no, is it worth trying to find a local dealer to warranty the DVD player? Thanks for the help!

Going from memory, COULD be wrong.....

Have GW 26DBH, 2014 model. Probably same setup....

It took my pea brain a while to figure it out, but A, B, and C are confusing. To figure it out, I had to turn all off, then turn A on and off till I figured out where it was coming from. Then turn ONLY B on till I figured that out. There is no way to have 2 or 3 of them on at same time that I can figure out.

If I am not mistaken, A is inside, B is outside, and C is useless. HOWEVER, I have not once tried the DVD player (we're old and "tunes" ain't a biggie to us!! ) So, it could be for that alone..........

I realize this isn't much help, sorry.

Watarski, what model unit do you have? Probably Genesis 2 or 3. Zone 3 should be outside but when in DVD mode some units go into a surround mode and zones change. Put it in fm radio and try your zones again. Bet A and B are now inside and zone C is back to being outside. In general you should be able to have all 3 zones on at the same time.

Yes, we definitely need the make and model of the unit you are talking about since there are several in the marketplace.

As far as the zones are concerned, generally speaking...
A should be Living Area
B should be Bedroom
C should be Outside

Of course this is achieved by wiring so this could be switched on any given day or plant depending upon the tech performing the installation.

I have a 2013 Grey Wolf 25RB. My stereo speaker zones are like yours. Zone A is the interior speakers, Zone B is the exterior speakers, and I do not know where Zone C is.

2011 . Greywolf 26rl here, A is inside, B outside, C dead. A and B can be used together. Never have found out what C is for. May have to look at the schematic to see if the wiring goes anywhere.

Do you get that result when you play a CD or radio?

On mine A is living room B is bedroom and C is outside.

Just asking, where did you find a wiring schematic?

I had to push one and listen for it.

Depending on your brand of radio it is either in the manual or even on back of the unit.

Once you identify your radio, most manufacturer websites have manuals for download.
