We have allot of issues with our entertainment system from day one, the dvd player stalls mid way through a movie quit often, and now we have lost all sound from our systems?
I took it out checked all connections and still cant resolve the situation. And from my online search these units are now discontinued, wonder why?
Anyway any tips on what could be the issue? Or what other unit would be better suited for a replacement?
Love our Jensen. Not too much help but... Did you check equalizer? The fad balance? Is it muted? Sometimes you just have to play with settings. There are a couple of places that sound can be turned off. Not much help but?
