Jensen JRV210 "Loader V4"

So I was going through the settings on my stereo and I ran across a menu option that said "update firmware". I decided I just had to try it and now my stereo is locked and says "Loader V4". I can't find anything in the manual or on the inter webs to tell me how to get it back to normal.
I know that was a short bus move, so feel free to tell me that, but also any help is appreciated.

^ x2 and if that doesn't do it pop out the fuse then fire up again.
