Jensen JRV210 radio question/problem.

Just bought a 2011 Solera. It has a Jensen JRV210 radio in the cab. No manual came with the unit so I went to Jensen website and downloaded the manual because couldn't even figure out how to set the clock. Finally got a few stations set but here is my problem. The radio spontaneously changes mode off and on to "auxiliary." Don't know if this is related to weak signal as I have seen antenna issues on the forum. The radio also has a blue light background that flickers. The 2011 Solera has a radio antenna mounted on the roof of the coach. Anybody else with that radio have issues?

If the blue back light is flickering I wonder if you have loose power connection
or bad ground somewhere.
Sounds like a definite trip back to the dealer.....
Good Luck!!

We had the same problem. Traced the problem to the antenna cable found under the passenger seat... it wasn't plugged into the other cable there that I presume goes up to the antenna on the roof. (Don't get me going on all the "little" things we're finding.) Anways, plugged the two ends together and presto, works as advertised. Good luck.
