I wouldnt rule out the fix until you have tried it - some had said the same thing you did and then when they got the fix it actually worked for them

Bob. The "fix" did not work for me. Has concertone done anything to resolve this issue? A newer model yet??? It's only ben a half of a year. Surely enough time.

OK! I got my GT3.0 as a replacement for my zx700 the other day and just installed it. I am happy to announce that the video no longer jumps. In fact, partly probably because of the new hdmi port, the video quality is now outstanding. Although, now I get this weird low quick base sound coming out of my subwofer every couple seconds. But via the menu I am able to turn off the subwoofer so I'm ok with it for now. Still, a much much lesser of two evils. I am a happy camper again!

Whaat? What is a gt3? Is it a new unit that replaces the zx700? If so I'm after it since our campers only 4 months old!

Yep, it's the newer unit. I believe slated for the 2012 models. If the fix does not work for you then yes, the gt3 is what you should be asking for.

It looks as nice as the zx700. And yes it fits directly in the same screw holes with no mods.

Bob, is there any chance those of us with the ZX700 that still have jumping video and have not yet received the "fix" that has been mentioned in the past could get the new unit mentioned above? I have had jumping video in my 5er since purchasing in October and currently use an external DVD player to watch videos with decent quality. We have spoken before via phone and I have emailed you my mailing address, but have yet received any parts so that I can attempt to fix the jumping video problem. Any updates would be greatly appreciated.

I finally got around to installing my "fix". No more jumping video on my ZX75!
