I dropped off the US based names for shipment this past Wednesday and picked up three pieces to ship to Canada.
I will ship Canada tomorrow and confirm as well as check on the US based shipments.

I ended up going out of town for two big meetings at Retailers looking to carry our products - I know can you believe it?! :-)
I could only ship two of my Canadian units today (because the third neglected to provide me his phone number as requested). Hopefully I can get that out tomorrow - if the get me their phone number.
I will check on the US based shipments tomorrow morning...

I received my fix, and installed it today, the jumping video problem has been solved for me.  Thanks for the help Bob, this was a much better outcome, than taking the whole unit back to the dealer. Thanks again for your help with this matter.

Got the interface today.
Installing it this weekend to see what goes down.
Interestingly enough, open it up and it just looks like a couple caps....
