Keyless Entry

I just recently purchased a Grey Wolf 19RR. It came with the keyless entry option. I forgot to have the dealer show me how it works. It is set to a factory default code of 1234. I can't get it to work. I puched a bunch of buttons and I can't get it to work. I was hoping someone might be able to give me some help? I think I need to some how re-set it from scratch.

I would not have ordered it. It came with the winter "Power Up" package. I would like to see if I could get it to work. Not a big deal if I don't.

First thing, the 12 volt battery on the camper has to be up to charge, 12 volts. Not familiar with the Grey Wolf, but others have two pins, at the bottom of the door jam. Top one is positive, bottom is negative. Should read 12 volts there all the time. Then the keypad battery has to be good. The key pad should light when you press a button, any button. Either of these causes the thing not to work. Also, if you use it for your main lock, and don't reprogram it, anyone that knows the code, published above, can get in.
