Kitchen aid in cedar creek 38ck

Dumb question but I'm not getting any water to my frig for water dispenser or ice maker. All facets and bathrooms have running water. Is there some sort of switch or button that is in the off position that's not allowing water to circulate to refrigerator?

I have a Cardinal and the same thing. Looks like the manufacturer or dealer didn't hook up the waterline. Glad we pay for dealer prep. I don't know how these units leave the manufacturer without being totally inspected. And to be missed by the dealer as well. It's not my idea of great workmanship in either places. What is wrong with people? Do they even inspect these units?

I believe there is a separate valve under the slide that needs to be open when the ice maker is required to make ice. This is in a cold water line to the refrigerator and if I remember correctly it is a colored plastic valve with no tags on it. I located my valve on the rear corner of the drive side slide. The slide needs to be open in order to access this valve. I keep mine closed last time we used the unit; since we were not making any ice just had the unit out for 6 days and I did not see the point in opening the valve up yet.

ice valve

True. Mine was gray. East to find under slide, only thing under there. All you needed to do was pull down to pop valve open.
