I've used
https://www.appliancezone.com/ for years to locate hard-to-find parts for various appliances at the house.
Yesterday, I found the wooden front panel had slide off our Dometic fridge in Rocky. There's a plastic piece that clips underneath the door that holds up the wood. (Which is not light, I'm surprised they used just plastic...looks like the cold caused it to crack and break.)
Anyway, finding it on the Dometic website was a nightmare so I went to the above website and, again, was having a hard time.
But on the left of the webpage, there's a chat option and even though it's Saturday, somebody named Brittany answered the request. After asking me some make and model questions, she posted a graphic of my exact fridge with had the parts labelled. I told her which one and she gave me a link to click with the part number. (It's only offered in plastic)
The best part is it was only $10 and shipping was $6...when have you ever seen an RV part so cheap?
