Lacrosse 318BHS A/V wiring diagram

Just curious if anyone has ever come across a wiring diadgram for the 318bhs. I have a couple changes i want to make to the way the cable coax is set up but cant figure out where/how the coax is run.
eBehind the slide/awning control panel there is a splitter that splits what i think is the main cable feed to the bedroom/outside/back bedroom jacks. There is a red coax that goes to the outlet that is in the cabinet with the ant feed. I have no idea what or where this cable comes from. I think that there must be another splitter some where.

any help would be appreciated.

thanks
Hilgy

Well that's to bad. Has anyone ever figured out how the coax run through a 318.

The part that has me stumped is the separate red coax Feed that is in the cabinet above the main tv. The one for the ant/booster is there as well.

I took the access panel off from beside the bed to access the main cable and sat feeds from outside and there are know splitters there so I'm not sure how they get the two feeds throughout the trailer.

Guess I'll just keep digging.

Thanks
Hilgy

You technically have 3 feeds going to the main tv. One from sat, one from cable, and one from external antenna. If i remember correctly, the sat runs from outside to the main tv only. The cable and antenna are both run to the other outlets connected by a splitter/switch at each tv. One of my clients owns a dish dealership and set mine up with a dual tuner box. One box output goes to main tv via hdmi. The second 'coax' out on the box is 'backfed' through the in wall cable outlets, so a diff program can be on the other 3 tv's. ...at least i think thats how it ended up?. Lol

And as a side note, he said he hated working on trailers/rvs, because he has seen 2 identical models with diff wiring cofigurations.

So if I were to guess then the red coax above my main tv is sat. The other in that cabinet is for ant and cable if I had it hooked up outside??

So if the sat was hooked up can you back feed through the cable/ant connection to have the sat feed throughout the trailer??

Honestly, im not sure what wire goes where....i would be more than happy to run out and look real quick, but trailer is in storage in shop.....but yes, my dish 922 duo box is set up through the factory trailer cable and feeds the bunk, bedroom, and outside tv on channel 3 . I do not get hd on those tv's only sd. I want to also say there was another switch/splitter added behind the antenna booster? I Know my sat feeds the 119,110,and 129 feeds to a dp44 switch. Then the output of that goes into the trailer sat feed in dock. The box is cnnected to sat feed in main area. Tuner 'a' is connected to the vizio led tv via hdmi. Tuner 'b' is modulated over the trailer cables. ILL shoot him a text tomorrow and ask him exactly what he did.

You may be able to figure out which is which from the manual for the antenna switch.

had a chance to touch base with my dish tech. he basically confirmed everything i said before. if you look at herks pdf, you can see how it all "should" be set up.

1. on the top of the plate is the sat/aux output (notice it is by itself)
2. on the bottom left is the antenna input from roof
3. to the right of that (in the middle) is the cable input
4. to the right of that (on the far right) is the second output for additional tv (in our campers this is split further to feed the bed, bunk, and outside)

the main things to note are
1. there is only ONE satellite outlet in the trailer from the dock outside, and it is in NO WAY connected to the other tv feeds
2. the switch plate on the wall either connects the other tv's to the antenna OR the cable (thus why the sat has to be backfed THROUGH there)
3. he could not remember any cables being "colored", but said if you just look at the back of the plate, you can see what you need.

the only "issue" i have had is that you can only get HD on the tv closest to the box. since the other tv's are modulated you only get sd.

dish makes things complicated...i have no less than 7 recievers at my house/shop with a total of 10 tuners. you should see the miles of cable/cat6 that go to my dist hub!! LOL

i get a lot of greif for having 4 tv's in my trailer from the "real campers", but we are big college football boosters/tailgaiters and also use our trailer as a hangount when attending triathalons, marathons, fitness, and car shows (which is all business related)...

i dont fire up the ol 46" led in the middle of a campground! (unless my neighbors are cowboy/ranger fans and ask me to)

there are these really great tools called common sense, and courtesy that always seem to make things bearable for all!

good luck sir!
