LincPad Discussion

I haven't seen a lot of discussion about the LincPad feature in some of the Forest River Models. How many of you have this feature and what do you think? Has anyone been able to figure out how to use it as a tablet for email, etc.?

We have the I pod size one but love it when setting up only drawback is its small and doesn't have its own docking port like the tablet

It is great to watch the slides move out on the back side to make sure I am clearing everything. That is one of the biggest advantages in my mind.

We also like having to be able to roll the awning up in the middle of the night from bed if a storm pops up

I am enjoying my lincpad....I am not sure how many times I will use it after the novelty wears off.

I saw some mention of being able to get an app on your smartphone that would do the same thing....might be more useful to me as I usually always have my phone with me, rather than the tablet which is bulky
