LincPad not working

When plugged into USB, my slides, awning, etc functions show up, but as soon as I unplug it, the app disappears. It worked and was there last week, but not now.
Anyone know how to fix it? I used to be able to walk around the unit and do my slides, etc...now it only works when it's physically plugged I .

You need to reconnect to the linc hub, access the WiFi app and it should pull up the signal

Here is a question about the Linc hub. We have a new TT with the pad. A WiFi signal shows with a linc, but no one told us anything about how it works. We do not have a password. Everywhere we have camped the same code comes up, so was WiFi access given to us with the unit? The guy who did the PDI did not say anything about WiFi access and the guy we talked to last week at the dealer knows nothing about it. We are starting to think that we have a free year or something like that. Do any of you know?

You need to find your LINC modem. Mine was in a cupboard above the sink opposite of the LINC pad mount. The password for your LINC WiFi is on the modem in the cupboard.

Hope that helps?
