Lines on TV

Hi,
We have a 2015 Forest River Sunseeker with Jensen in dash everything including a DVD player. We have the Jensen LCD 12 volt TV's. We noticed when playing a DVD that if we turn on either the overhead light for the living room or the kitchen creates lines/interference on the TV screen. If we turn the lights off the picture is perfectly clear.
Is there a video filter I can put on somewhere or something else I can do to do to fix this?
No it's not under warranty so taking it back is out of the question. Jensen was no help either.

It ended up being the LED lights. The lights have a resistor soldered onto the board/light that was getting too hot and going out, causing the lines on the TV. I contacted Command Electronics, the supplier of the lights for Forest river and they are sending me ALL new lights.
