Lippert 3,500-lb. Electric Tongue Jack light problem

Hi, My camper has a Lippert 3,500-lb. Electric Tongue Jack and I noticed last night that even when the switch is in the off position the light on the front of it is on, it's very dim but definitely on. Turning the switch to the on position makes it get a lot brighter but if it's on at all when the jack is off it's going to drain my battery over a period of time. My camper has a battery disconnect switch but the jack is wired in before that switch so it gets power no matter what.

Any idea what might cause that? the jack works fine otherwise.

thx!
