Lippert or Cedar Creek could have saved a lot of us a great deal of time and pressure by documenting things like this.

Lippert does have documentation, but you have to find it. Much of it is not well written. You have to match what is written with what you find in your RV. Ever heard of "stiction"? LCI knows it and has ways to stop it from being an issue.

FR does not hand out diagnostic or detailed operation info likely because most people would be clueless reading it. A lack of comprehensive info also helps increase dealer service business. The DIY mentality has been replaced by the warranty and service mindset.
