I called the dealer, he checked another Wolf Pup in his stock, it had 30 main, 20 AC.
I have replaced the breakers, he will take care of the cost.
The wire to the main appears to be #10 , the AC wire #12.
I have attached before and after photos for others. Guess its something I, and others should look at, although probably not a common problem.

Thanks so much for the pics, as this may help others down the line. I thought maybe a dealer could have "borrowed" some breakers, but now think this is really a factory mess up. Glad you were handy enough to fix it yourself, as many would not be.... and kudos to the dealer for stepping up also.
I'm surprised you didn't trip a 15 amp incorrect main breaker even without the A/C.
