Master off switch

Seems we left an appliance on and failed our two batteries in storage. Apart from disconnecting the battery terminals, is there a kill switch that disconnects all power from the batteries to insure we don't trickle kill our batteries again?

You would have to install one yourself to do a total cut off. Factory installed don't turn everything off.

Seeing that you own an A-frame trailer, the answer is NO.
They don't have a factory battery disconnect switch, so you'll have to install your own.
