Microwave filter replacement

I have a Cardinal 3030RS. It has a Frigidaire convection microwave that is non-vented. I need to change the filter.The instructions say the vent grill mounting screws must be removed. The screws hidden behind a trim board.
How do I get the vent grill off?

You may have to gently pry up the trim and remove. They are usually only stapled in place. The manufacturer doesn't always consider small details like this when building.
