Microwave rattles

Ok we have owned our 2017 Prism for almost a year and the microwave rattles so bad. We have taken out the glass turntable and the plastic ring. It has actually rattled two screws loose. We have contemplated putting some type of padding around the microwave before reattaching. Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Lisa

Our Windjammer microwave rattled really bad also. Dealer replaced it under warranty.

Thank you for info!. It's fine on smooth roads but the least amount of rough road makes it rattle quite loud.

I am not familiar with your RV but here are two suggestions.

Someone discovered on the Dynamax forum that there is a bracket that holds the microwave in place and the bracket was making the noise. If I recall correctly after they removed the microwave they were able to put some padding around the bracket.

i had the rattles and the tech removed the outer bezel/frame and tightened some loose screws. No more rattle.

Thanks, for the suggestion. We are planning on taking it out this week and trying some type of foam padding or cushioned tape around the frame. We will be sure to check out the bracket.
