Moving the switchbox affects the TV picture

In different threads, there were complaints about the quality of the picture from viewing the MagnaDyne. In one thread, I posted that you can't have TV sound and MagnaDyne sound on at the same time, you have to pick one, or you get conflicts.

Well, I have noticed something else. Moving the switchbox around seems to affect the quality of the picture. This is similar to...... for those of us that can remember...... when touching the TV antenna gave you a better picture? Well, for some reason, moving the switchbox around helps the picture, both on cable and on DVD (doesn't help over the air, though...). I think.... it has something to do with..... if you move the box around, it affects how the cables are stretched out, and stretching out the cables helps the picture.

I'm at a park where the cable connection was crappy, but when I moved the box around I got a better picture!

I would double and triple check the connectors and connections.

Everything needs to be right and tight.

Just checked the switchbox. All is tight. Also did a check and scrubbed rust off the park's cable connection. That helped some. But because of what I posted here:

How do you get to cable connection behind the Entertainment Center?

I'm unable to check the connections TO the TV. They are hidden. It's a royal pain to take the TV off the wall and get to the connections.
