Mr. Heater

Mr. Heater; I have been given a Mr Heater Buddy for a gift. I live in Denver so we camp at high altitudes often. I wanted to use this in my camper to not drain the batteries as much using the campers system. My concern is that I heard that they don't do well over 7,000 feet. According to this video from Mr Heater it seems like they can't be used. Has anyone used them over 7,000 feet?

Not sure about the 7000 ' but if it does not work I am sure you could get a different main burner office .

They work just fine at altitude as long as you secure them when traveling and don't let them fall on the ground which causes the ceramic to crack and fail.

I've used mine up to 11,100 feet with out issues. We run it to warm up the camper before bed and them shut it off. We also use it in the mornings to help the RV heater get up to temperature quicker especially on shower days.
