my remote's a zx700 and receiver is a zx75!

I can't get my remote to do anything. Is it as obvious as they gave me the wrong remote? Does anyone else have different model numbers on their remote and receiver and they work??

Your remote should say zx75.

Hey Cat - thanks for the info. Yes, Concertone confirmed the dealer screwed up and are sending me the right one.

When I purchased my trailer there wasn't a remote for my Concertone ZX75. The dealer put in a order for a new remote for me. Is there anything I need to do in order to get the remote to work? Are all ZX75 remotes universal? Meaning my zx75 will operate another zx75.

Just setting up our new tt and have found the remote for the ZX700 doesnt work either!
The remote doesnt have any model numbers.
The other problem is that the tuner only scans odd frequencys ie .1/.3/.5/.7/.9 etc.
Is this a programable feature?
I have done a factory reset but still doesnt fix either problem!
Any help would be appreciated
Cheers

I think the FM frequencies only end in the point odd number.....I have never had a FM tuner that did even numbers.

yes you are correct!
Down under our AM frequencys are the same as yours however our FM feqencys used are all even !
I checked with the factory and there are no fixes!
I read the concertone thread and i think its way easier to replace it!
Cheers
