MYRV Touch Pad

I have a 2016 Hemisphere that has the touchpad with MYRv, etc. The RV controls for slides, etc. only work when its plugged in. It says there is no WiFi connection if I try using it unhooked from docking station.

HUb and router have power to them. Hub only has green CAN light on and router has power light on and 2.4gHz light on only. Thoughts?

Sounds like the WiFi connection was never set up.

The hub has the SSID and the password on the label. Take the tablet and set the WiFi on it up using that data.

It was working when trailer was new. I thought about reloading but need to figure out how to do that. It says wifi out of range on touch pad. Wifi hub only has Can light on. Green wifi hub is not lit

I assume you powered it down for a while and then powered it back on?

It's probably a failed hub. Reloading the software might work if you can get It a copy of it.

We have had the same issue with ours at times. I am not sure why, my DH may know. We really have never found it that helpful, except when our stabilizer switches did not work. We learned that for a time FR had been given indoor switches that would fail outdoors. The only way to work them then was the tablet, until they were replaced. At least we had that option.

That is exactly why I need mine. The switch for rear stabilizer failed a year ago.
