Need a new Concertone Remote

I have a 2007 Rockwood with the Concertone system in it. The batteries corroded in the remote and actually took the terminals with it. I have had remotes get a little corroded before, but never to the point where the terminals in the remote actually disappeared!

Is this something I can get from the dealer?
