Need help w Bunk Lift system

Greetings, we're camping today in a Coachmen Mirada with a drop down bunk over the driver and passenger seats. Last night when we tried to lower the power gear lift system, one side came down more than the other and the system stopped. I got a flashing fault light, (4 flashing red, one flashing green). I now can't lower or raise the system above the front section in our RV. I tried applying a little pressure and giggling the bunk while pressing either up or down buttons. No movement in either direction. Can someone please help? It's a Slim Rack Power Gear lift system with control box 1510000199. Please help if anyone has any knowledge......

I have issue where front pulley for cable pulled away from wall, twisted and causes binding on the steal cable and tearing covering off of the cable. Have not figured out how to get everything apart to reattach the pulley bracket. Also having issue getting replacement cable from Cass Hudson that makes it for Coachman.

Hi! Have any of you found where you can get replacement parts for the bunk bed lift system? My husband took ours apart and found that the part that we need is the bracket that stabilizes the chain. Any receomndations on where we can find that bracket? We have a 2016 stealth AK2612
